In the spirit of awesome locations, here’s a list of the top locations my boudoir client’s rent in Seattle (if they don’t choose my studio or their home) and some shoots we’ve done in each location:
- The Palladian – My archives (closed until July 17th 2022)
- The Sorrento – My archives
- The Ace – My archives
- The Alexis – My archives
- Moxy Hotel – My archives
- The Theodore – My archives
- The Palisociety (no shareable archives yet)
- The Graduate (no shareable archives yet)
- Lotte Hotel (no shareable archives yet)
I’ve shot quite a bit at most of these hotels and they’ve always been beautiful. I can usually recommend which rooms are best in each based on the furniture, styling, and lighting in the room as well. A word of advice – unless you need it, always make sure you are *not* getting the ADA unit. They often have a completely differently setup than photos online, especially in the bathrooms!
Also, a handful of AirBnB lists I have going! Some of these locations I’ve shot in, some I haven’t, feel free to ask me what I might know about a specific location if you find one you like. AirBnB is a particularly good option if you also want outdoor space, as there are usually homes with some level of backyard privacy (although, it’s important to read the descriptions thoroughly to find out). Also, by no means are these lists comprehensive and I encourage you to do your own research as well, new spaces are being added everyday!

- Boudoir in WA (outside Seattle)
- Boudoir in OR (portland included)
- Boudoir in NY

Not to mention, all of the amazing loft and studio spaces around Seattle, rented out by folks on Peerspace. Definitely worth a look if you want more of a studio vibe, the pnw brick loft vibe, or other unique spaces set up specifically for photography and events.
And lastly, free outside spaces are always an option! Far down the beach away from folks early in the morning at Golden Gardens, deep in the forests of Discovery Park, a field out in Snohomish, or a cute spot on the Snoqualmie River. Here’s a list of my tried and true outdoor spots both near me in Everett, closer to Seattle, and way outside of both towns. Lots of amazing options!
And if all of this is just too much or you have a very specific vision but don’t have the time to do the searching – I do offer location scouting starting at $250 + the cost of the location!
The world is your oyster darling, you just have to imagine it and we will find the perfect spot :)
Gorgeous! Love that lingerie and the bath.
