A Renaissance-Inspired Boudoir Session in Seattle

This Renaissance-inspired Seattle boudoir session was such a dream to create. One of my very favorite things is when folks come in with a strong idea or theme for their boudoir session. It’s definitely not a requirement — and honestly, the magic happens best when you’re excited to let me put my own spin on your idea and trust the process a little.

Choosing the perfect space

As always, the space matters so much. The location has to support the energy you’re going for, and in this case, it absolutely did. I even added the gold curtain behind her to bring that warm, Renaissance glow into the images. WOW. The results were just so stunning and truly one of a kind. Renaissance might be one of my new favorite styles of boudoir!

Peerspace, the holy grail of location hunting

Check out the link below for this particular space in Seattle — such a unique spot if you can dish out the four-hour minimum! This is one of the biggest reasons I love Peerspace so much: endless variety, no overnight stay required, and total clarity about being there for photos. They just get it.

We’re lucky to have this kind of platform. It opens doors to so many creative environments, and honestly, spaces like this are why sessions like this one even happen. I also host my own space on Peerspace — The Tiny Haus Boudoir Studio in Everett — which has a completely different kind of cozy magic. I would love to create another Renaissance-inspired boudoir session in a space like this. The energy was unreal.
