I may alter or update any information on this page without prior notice. The information here is intended for informational purposes only, and should not be considered a binding legal agreement. Last updated 2.7.26.

MY CURRENT CONTRACT STATES:

PORTRAITS & BOUDOIR

If the Client cancels the session for any reason, the booking fee shall remain non-refundable and shall serve as a cancellation fee. Any additional payments made beyond the booking fee are non-refundable once paid, including but not limited to balance payments, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the photographer. Failure of the Client to appear for the session without prior notice constitutes a cancellation. All fees paid shall be forfeited.

If the Client requests to reschedule the session:

  • With more than 7 days’ notice, one reschedule is permitted at no additional fee, subject to Photographer availability.
  • Any additional reschedules will incur a 10% rescheduling fee based on the total session cost. Any rescheduling fee must be paid at the time the new date is confirmed.
  • Rescheduled sessions must take place within 6 months of the original session date.
  • Updated pricing may apply if the new date falls under different rates or seasonal pricing.
  • With fewer than 7 days’ notice, the booking fee is forfeited and no reschedule is guaranteed.

If the Parties are unable to agree on a suitable replacement date, the original session shall be considered cancelled and the booking fee forfeited.

For outdoor sessions, the Photographer may recommend rescheduling due to inclement weather. Weather-based reschedules initiated by the Photographer will not incur additional fees.

WEDDING & EVENTS

If the Client cancels the event for any reason, the booking fee shall remain non-refundable and shall serve as a cancellation fee. Any additional payments made beyond the booking fee are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the photographer. Failure of the event to proceed as scheduled, including no-shows or cancellation by the Client, constitutes a cancellation. All fees paid shall be forfeited.

Event dates are reserved exclusively for the Client. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is permitted only if the Photographer is available on the requested new date. If the Client requests to reschedule the event:

  • Requests made with more than 30 days’ notice may be considered at the Photographer’s sole discretion.
  • Any approved reschedule will incur a 20% rescheduling fee based on the total event photography cost. Any rescheduling fee must be paid at the time the new date is confirmed.
  • Rescheduled events must take place within 12 months of the original event date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  • Updated pricing may apply if the new date falls under different rates, seasonality, or package pricing.
  • With fewer than 30 days’ notice, the booking fee is forfeited and no reschedule is guaranteed.

If the Photographer is unavailable on the requested new date, the original event shall be considered cancelled and the booking fee forfeited.
