MY CURRENT CONTRACT STATES:

PORTRAITS & BOUDOIR In the event the Client cancels for any reason, all monies paid at time of cancellation are non-refundable. If there is an active ban on photography due to covid-19 at the time of the Client’s session, then the client may apply the booking fee to their rescheduled session date without incurring any rescheduling fees or potential rate increase fees. On the day of the photography shoot, the Photographer may opt to reschedule the shoot due to inclement weather. Should any weather event occur that delays, disrupts, or cancels the photography shoot, which is outside of the control of the Client or Photographer, the shoot may be rescheduled without fee or penalty. If the Client chooses to reschedule because of personal preference or any other reason, the booking fee minus a $175 dollar rescheduling fee can be applied to the new session date as long as 14 days notice is given to photographer in writing. Client agrees to pay any updated photography service rates and acknowledges that Photographer’s pricing may increase for the new session date. To the extent the Parties cannot agree on a suitable replacement date consistent with Photographer’s availability, the original contract will be cancelled and all fees paid will be forfeit. If notice of reschedule or cancellation is given less than 14 days before the session, all monies paid at the time of cancellation are forfeit as photographer will not be able to rebook the date. Reschedules and cancellations must be made in writing or by email.
