À LA CARTE TRAVEL PRICING:
- Seattle & most surrounding suburbs included free of charge
- mileage - 72.5 cents per mile after 60 miles roundtrip from 98201
- time - $75 p/hr after 60 miles (2-6 hours added to ferry travel estimate depending on expected traffic)
- lodging - 1 night stay ($300 min) for round trip travel over 4 hrs & at least 2 nights stay ($600 min) for round trip travel over 6 hrs
- on-location studio setup (background or lights, etc.) - $575 + 30 minutes of session time dedicated to setup/breakdown

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- no transportation or lodging shared with clients
- no more than 10 hours of shooting/traveling per day (longer travel-only days for far away locations excluded)
- no long distance, mountain, or adverse weather driving after nightfall
- session time doesn’t stop for travel between multiple locations

Q: Where do we shoot/will you travel?
A: I am based out of the Seattle area, but available to travel anywhere your heart desires! See travel rates above. My Tiny Haus in Everett can be used for boudoir sessions at no additional cost. We can also use your home, an outdoor location (my favorites here), or they rent a location such as a hotel or AirBnB (my favorites here). I'll be there every step of the way to help guide you through this part of the process - we will find the perfect location for your shoot!
Q: When are you available?
A: My office hours/shooting days are Tuesday-Saturday. I try to take Sundays and Mondays off, but am always open to being flexible if I can! I'm typically booked out about 2-4 weeks, but it can be much farther out if you need a Saturday, especially in the summer months. If your shoot or event date is not flexible, it's a good idea to reach out as early as possible!
Q: How long does it take to get the pictures and products?
A: It takes 2-4 weeks to get your finished gallery! The exception being weddings, which take 6-8 weeks (8-12 weeks in peak summer season; Jun-Oct). Products take anywhere from 2-4 weeks after editing is complete (closer to 2 weeks if there is no design process). With advance notice, rush options are available as follows:
- RUSH EDITING (finished 2-3 business days after the session/event) - 25% of the full session fee
- RUSH SHIPPING (3-5 days faster) - $125
Q: What products do you offer?
A: I offer fine art prints, unique glass print boxes, usb drives, and some other really fun retro custom gifts (old-school retroviewers and calendars). I also offer acrylic glass and metal prints as well as beautiful custom designed albums. Check out my products page - where you can view full details on all the keepsakes I offer.
Q: Do I have to pay extra after for the digitals? Do they come with the right to print?
A: I include high and low-res digital copies of all the final edited photos with every session and you can print them yourself! However, there are benefits to having your artist (me) do it for you. Often colors and exposure are more accurate and paper quality is much higher. It really depends on your final purpose for the print. I'm a great choice if you want archivable and high quality reproductions.
Q: What do you retouch?
A: I include basic standard professional retouching on all of your photos such as; color grading, smoothing out a small area of uneven skin tone, or removing a few stray hairs or blemishes. I do not include any body sculpting or more extensive forms of retouching; acne, tan lines, tattoo removal, bruises, wrinkles, stretch marks, etc. Additional retouching of this nature can be added on for $175/hr and may be outsourced.
Q: Do you offer hair and makeup?
A: Yes, Seattle-area boudoir and portrait clients can add one of my professional hair and makeup artists to any session for $325 per person ($175 for one service). We can also provide light styling to get teams camera ready before batch headshot sessions at $175 per hour (2 hour min). My artists will come to our shoot location!
Q: Do you provide outfits for boudoir?
A: I do not. With lingerie's specific fit and style differences, I've found folks benefit tremendously from trying things on ahead of time and being able to pick out pieces that fit their unique style and preferences. With that being said, I can absolutely help make final decisions about what to wear. To get you started - here is my guide to the best local (Seattle) and online shopping for boudoir!
Q: What should I do to prepare for my shoot?
A: First and foremost - do whatever makes YOU feel best! Here are quick links to my: 1) Boudoir Welcome Packet, 2) Wedding Welcome Packet, and 3) Getting Ready For Your Headshot Page - all have recommendations and ways to prep for your session. For other types of photography, we'll discuss all the details before your shoot. As always, please don't hesitate to reach out with questions.
Q: Can I bring a friend for moral support?
A: This is up to you! I want you to do whatever will make you most comfortable. With that being said, this isn't something I recommend for a few reasons; often we're working in already cramped spaces and getting direction from too many people at one time can break up the flow and leave you feeling overwhelmed. I promise I am a super hype woman and will give you tons of great direction, but I totally understand if you still opt to bring a friend and fully support you either way!
Q: Do I have to be in your portfolio?
Absolutely not! Since most event clients don’t mind if I use their images, there is a clause in my event contract that gives me permission, but I'm happy to adjust that before signing. For portrait/boudoir clients, there is no such clause and I will always get permission in writing before using any images from your session. Your comfort is my top priority!
Q: What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
A: For boudoir and portrait sessions, the first reschedule is free if notice is given more than 7 days prior. Subsequent reschedules with the same notice will incur a 10% fee. Booking fee shall serve as a cancellation fee if notice is given under 7 days. In all cases, the booking fee is non-refundable. Q: How do I pay and where do I schedule?
A: I take all the things - cash, check, card. Get in touch with me to set a date for your session, then I just need your signature and a 50% booking fee and I'm officially YOURS.
